TL, DR

AJ runs Be Intentional AP, a performance coaching studio that trains athletes at multiple levels. Intake meant printing waivers, chasing signatures, and filing PAR-Q+ forms by hand. I built a digital waiver portal that handles the full compliance flow, signatures, conditional screening, PDF generation, and Notion storage, in a couple hours of vibe-coding in Cursor.

We all have that one needy cousin…

Taking a step back

The studio trains athletes at multiple levels, so intake needs to be fast and trustworthy. I mapped a standard waiver + PAR-Q+ flow into a digital experience that enforces compliance without adding cognitive load for most users.

InsightA step-based digital flow with conditional logic reduces errors and saves real time for both staff and clients.

Solutions

I leaned into a fast, creative build loop in Cursor, sketching the flow, wiring validation, and shipping a working intake system in a couple hours. The goal wasn't just "get a link on the site," but to turn a frustrating paper process into a real product.

Bringing a product to life

He asked for a simple waiver link and a message on his site. I took it further: in a couple hours of vibe-coding in Cursor, I built a full intake system that works directly with the Notion integration he already uses.

Personal software that makes a business's life easier.

AJ's reaction

  1. 1Immediate time savings by removing printing + manual filing
  2. 2Less client friction with a single digital link to complete intake
  3. 3Clearer review for any PAR-Q+ "Yes" responses

Learnings

  1. Even a small workflow change can unlock huge time savings for operators.
  2. Conditional logic is essential for medical intake — fast for most users, detailed for the few who need it.
  3. Integrating with the client's existing tools (Notion) makes adoption friction-free.

Paper waivers eliminated, intake now runs through a single digital link with automated PDF + Notion storage.
